VWP Green Card Applicants Beware
The U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit has now joined other courts in holding that a person who files for adjustment of status (green card) after his or her VWP period expires, waives the right to contest removal (deportation) proceedings.

This new rule makes sense. If you don't follow the rules, you don't get the chance to appeal the consequences. My question is to what degree a negative outcome will affect a person applying for a green card visa years later...
